We started Sketchar to give creators tools to express themselves and a space focused on delivering the best art experience possible. So we upgrade the app regularly to keep it fun and useful.

Besides the performance improvements, here's a summary of new and enhanced features.

Fresh Feed Look

Our activity area where creators share their art results with the community has become more laconic: we’ve hidden the display of some elements, such as likes and views counts, in order to maximize the focus directly on the published artworks. The design of the Creator of the Week part has also changed – now the main emphasis is on the author’s work.

New Brushes and Layers in Canvas

On the basis of your feedback, we’ve been active in improving our drawing tool, which provides creators with the right equipment (a pencil, marker, or brush) at every stage of their artistic process. New brushes and layers are just the start – cool pieces will be added regularly. Stay tuned!

Public User Profile Introduction

Each creator now has a personal place where they can build their art portfolio, customize it to their liking, and share its link with others for viewing via web browsers.

NFT Integration

Artists, you can earn an NFT by creating and posting your art on Sketchar!

Detailed information on how to get your NFTs for free is available on sketchar.io.

Sketchar is no longer just a drawing app – it’s a platform supporting creators from day one to success.

With us, everyone can:
• easily take their first steps in art-making using interactive drawing tutorials.
• develop their creative skills faster with the assistance of AR and AI technologies.
• effortlessly post their digital artworks for sale, without leaving the app.

It takes quite a long time to gain adequate artistic skills (although perfecting is an endless process), and even then, only 10% of artists make money with their art (according to Statista.com). It's our mission at Sketchar to be close to our community of creators and develop the platform for 90% of those who are just about to start creating or already making their first foray into the art world.

Thank you for the opportunity to be a part of your creative journey!

Lots of love,

The Sketchar team
